Forum Fantasy Motorcycling League 2010 - Final Standings up

It's launch time again folks. The championship organisers, teams and riders have been working hard and in about four weeks the action gets going, so it's time for the Fantasy League Official Launch.

----

Format is the same as the previous years:
MotoGP, Moto2, 125cc, World Superbikes, World Supersport
Budget of $10M, riders have fixed prices and scores points as in real life
Pick seven riders, with at least one from each of the five classes
Two transfer periods during the season to change your riders, but you can only make three changes at each transfer period.
Think up a suitably amusing team name
The season starts on Feb 28th with World Superbikes & Supersport at Phillip Island and your full teams (inc MotoGP, Moto2, 125cc) need to be posted here by Feb 26th. You may change the GP riders after the WSB season starts before the GPs do, although I'd prefer it if you didn't! :)
You may pick as many teams as you want, and post teams for family members etc who maybe aren't on the forum.

Easy: Leon Haslam is having a great year with Jonathan Rea also in that team, and conversely Michel Fabrizio has developed invisibility with JT just coming back up to full pace on the second team too. I thought I'd made a catastrophic error by not getting Eugene into either (or both) of my teams but he was understandably a bit pricey after how he did last year, but although things haven't worked out too well so far. Pirro's not got much so far either, mind.

Too early to tell how the GP fields will do in the long run - especially Moto2 - and that'll probably where some bargains appear for the transfers as it's so hard to predict.

I'm amazed at how spread the top to bottom of the League is already, mind you...

Transfer period 2 is between August 15th (Brno MotoGP) and August 27th (Thursday before Indy MotoGP).

You may nominate transfers before then but they will take effect on August 28th for all classes and not before.
