.....comeback win at the *insert gp name here?

I'm gonna go with Sepang. He was always way ahead on pace there and as its the 3rd race he'll be back in the groove.

Your opinions?

Schumacher was not "always way ahead" at Sepang - after all, he got beaten by Massa in 2006 there.

No opinion on when he will win then? Ok, fair enough. Your opinion is noted - and ignored ;) :p

If you want a completely random guess, then 2010 Singapore GP after Mercedes has overcome early season troubles - also the race is slightly messy with drizzle, in foggy and dark conditions. And also on a street circuit, which should suit MB more (or at least they did in '09), but yet MS wins thanks to the qualifying crash of the race favourite - Hamilton - who starts from P10 and ends up in P4 after an additional drive through penalty. :p : Singapore specialist Rosberg was also on course to win after achieving pole position on Saturday, but suffered a spin in damp conditions. Later it will cause a scandal in the press and among F1 fans, who claim that Nico was ordered to let Schumacher through to let the "7-timer" make history and win his first F1 race after 4 years and Mercedes' first race after 55 years.

Generally... I really hope that Schumacher wins at least one race this year to make real history in F1, but I'm a bit sceptical - explained it in the "car performance" thread.

I don't think the Mercedes is going to be the fastest car this year, so I'm going to say Monaco.

That's my second pick. The man is a machine round the streets.

Random guess? I'll go for Spain, first race back in Europe and the teams will probably stick a large upgrade on the car. By that point Schumacher should be back on form and developing the car. As I say, it's a guess :)

Michael Schumacher will NOT win a grand prix in 2010 - although if he were to I'd like it to be at Monza - will REALLY upset the tifosi!!!

I want to see him race for real for the first time in moore than three years before I predict something like that.

I sheer for MS, but I´m not sure of him.

If that car has the right pace, I would see him winning the very first race of the season, if not, it would be the race where either the car became fast enough or a wet race.

Schumacher will win at least 5 GPs. The one who will not win any GP is going to be Jenson button.

First win? Bahrain :)

Brawn backs Schumi for title

Brawn admits Schumacher may need time to readjust before he makes an impact on the grid.
"I do not think he will come out and win the first Grand Prix. He will need a few races to familiarise himself with the other cars and the many new drivers. Then I hope to see the old Schumacher," added Brawn.

LOL. You been speaking to Gillett recently? ;)

I am Gillett, the race is still on, I'm out most evenings after work with my spade and 'barrow. The wife hates me for it, but I AM going to have this track ready in time......... :p

I'd much rather he rely on the young Schumacher. He'll be stopping for a waz every 30 laps, and to pop the old angina tabs....

LOL. I can see him now, sitting in his padded cell, gently rocking back and forth muttering, "the race is still on. The race is still on....."

driver ring-in ?

the man behind the wheel was none other than the company’s new F1 steerer, Michael Schumacher (http://www.themotorreport.com.au/tag/michael-schumacher/). Or so Mercedes would have us believe.

I'll go with Sepang if the weather is good and the Mercedes is capable of winning. If he doesn't win in that situation, I don't think he'll win until about midway through the season at one of the old-school tracks. I'll say Montreal.
