Driver development programmes are good. But I hope that these Manor drivers prove competitive too. Its a waste of a race seat if Manor give a half-arsed driver a shot at F1. On the flip side, it's a waste of talent if the put a driver in too young and ruin his career from the get-go. Sorry, that's me being pessimistic. It's good news.
