On a norwegian site the management of Andreas Mikkelsen says that he is planning to participate in Bohemia with a Fabia S2000.
What car could that be ?
The Rene Georges car is occupied in Cambrian Rally with another Norwegian youngster - Brynildsen, so it cant be that one.

RG has another car or Andreas has bought one for himself? Or renting one of the Italian cars?

It will be a good rally with very hard stages, Skoda Motorsport team and some other international entries and surprises which are not public in the moment. However since it's last rally of our championship and quite expensive one, I expect smaller number of Czech crews, especialy with small cars.
What I don't like is quite strange timing, long road sections and extremely long stages combined with very short ones (45 km long Navarov stage run in the night will be killing).
Sulland: There may be record Fabia number in the rally. We'll see if everything goes as it's planned. Mikkelsen should be among them but from what I heard the deal hasn't been done yet ;)

Maybe, but I think he has budget problems. For such a small team, it is nearly impossible to drive European events and most events of the national championship. He wasn't on the entry list of the Sanremo too.

Andreas Mikkelsen is on the right track again after his accident last month. Saturday he competed in the Swedish championship rally with a Subaru cup car, finishing 2nd overall, 4,5 seconds behind PG Andersson in a Mitsu Evo IX.
He started the rally giving away a few seconds to PG, but won the last two stages. I honestly don`t know what to expect from him in the Fabia S2000 in Bohemia. Its a new rally in a new car for him. But mentally he now seems to be OK, and thats the main thing.

Whoa, that's just unbelievable! How is that even possible?
It's even worse. As far as I know almost all stages are cancelled because of snow calamity status declared by regional administration. In any case many crews couldn't do recce because of snow and fallen trees. Cancellation is the only possible way in that case. Now we're waiting for some official news... Seems like some sprint rally on few resting stages will be held...

You are not right, guys. Kresta is champion. Two worst results are not counted and therefore Pech had in fact 10 points more gap to Kresta. Kresta won championship by 3 points.
It was short rally but I'm satisffied. I saw 4 stages with a lot of action, some crashes. Kresta made a mistake and broke rear wheel. He was lucky that there was service just after the stage and that there weren't more crews. His mistake may have been result of technical problems with car in the morning when they couldn't start the engine for 10 minutes.
For Juho I have only one word... WAU! It was very crazy driving :)
Mikkelsen was very good, quite clean. He had some troubles in SS4 since he was in second with Juho on 7th kilometer but lost 20 seconds in finish. Seems also that Hankook tyres are working well in wet and dirty conditions.
