this will be interesting, I'm sure he'll struggle on ovals, but what a thrill hes gonna be on road courses next season

According to RM

Looks like Takuma Sato will make his IndyCar debut at Homestead in a second car for Luczo/Dragon. The ex-Formula One shoe is hoping to be part of Gil de Ferran's new IndyCar effort in 2010.

According to Luzco-Dragon as reported by TSO, they have no plans run a second car at Homestead for Takuma Sato.

Thats because Daddy hasn't told Jay he is doing a favor for Gil yet most likely. They will probably use Grand Am/Will Power's crew for the race.
