Malcom Stewart - Southern Hawkes Bay, New Zealand passed away this week as a result of MND.
A long time competitor on the New Zealand rally scene with the occasional appearance overseas.(RAC )
A sample of his competition history NZRC - 1983 -1st, 1984 - 3rd, 1985-2nd, 1986 -2nd.
After placing 5th on the 1985 Rally of New Zealand in the ex-Blomqvist 1984 Acropolis winning Audi Quattro, his best wrc placing was 3rd on the 1988 Rally of New Zealand.
