Over the last month with all the talk of a breakaway championship if the FIA and FOTA cannot resolve their diffences in time for 2010 why have the Grand Prix Drivers Assocation kept quiet on this? At the end of the day ALL current race and test drivers even those with Williams and Force India and even any driver inside of F1 considering coming into the sport with affected in some way.

They didn't keep quiet at all. The drivers said they are following their teams.

That seems to be a given. Who pays them and holds their signed contracts, after all?

The Italian press says yes! :p

And only a FOTA team could pay him the salary he wants!
