MSS Colchester Kawasaki's Simon Andrews had a nasty surprise at Knockhill today when he discovered he has been riding with a broken scaphoid for the past four weeks following a crash in testing

Michael Rutter has not made the best starts to the weekend; two crashes and finishing the second free practice session in seventh was not what the Worx Crescent Suzuki team were expecting. Rutter is now hoping that he has a change of fortune ahead of the Swan Combi 50 - Roll for Pole tomorrow (Saturday).

Rutter was tenth in the opening session and improved in the final practice of the day before the rain fell, but whilst there was steady progress being made he also crashed in both sessions
