I don't know if anyone in the forum has posted anything on this, but it's all over the Italian news media.

Mosley has doubled the budget for next year. From 45 to 100 mln. http://www.gazzetta.it/Motori/Formula1/18-06-2009/ultima-offerta-mosley-50550798292.shtml and http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8107436.stm.

According to the article, FOTA will be meeting this afternoon to see if they are going to accept his offer.

If true, I totally welcome this new offer and finally we can start talking about F1 as a sport again.

But if there´s no final agreement, Max can raise the budget cap up to the moon. IMHO this could mean something tomorrow...

Well I just read this news today on the BBC web site and I thought it was a new article.

It's always the same story. I am always the last one to know what's going on :( :)
