the only thing we Audi fans hope for is a better front nose design for better grip.

They had plenty of grip, they missed the setup, simple...

These cars are not setup to make adjustments quickly, its really that simple.

They would have learned more running the car in the ALMS or even LMS instead of just testing.

Of course they'll be back, where do you think there going, F1????

What about the overheating problems? What was that all about? Audi was could match the Peugeots for pace, no way should they have finished 6 laps down on the winner.

no, they have the Audi R8 LMS race car, and if anything the ACO should dump GT1 right now and move GT3 into the Lemans race, have LMP1/2 and GT2/3.

I am glad Audi is coming back. It was a great race and I loved seeing Peugeot win, but I hope they both come back. We need great rivalries in this race. I also hope they run more of ALMS next year, I love these coupes, they are gorgeous, and seeing them at American roadcourses would too cool.

As Chaparral66, I hope that both Audi and Peugeot will come back.

With all due respect to this post - Of course they will be back - How much money has been spent on the new R15 to pull the plug after the 1st Le mans?!?!?!?

The r15 will need a radical rework tho. They didn't have the straight line speed, and at a place like LeMans where you are turning 150mph laps, that is a death sentence.

Congrats to the Pugs but i do hope Audi improve from what personally is the worst Le man Audi has had

Moot point: Audi have returned. While speed was an issue, AUdi had nigglesome troubles. Reliability had been their suite, so it'll be interesting to see the changes.

i thought audi were already commited to the 24 hours of le mans next year anyway? was there any real doubt they wouldnt return? in my eyes, defeat has only spurred them on more.
