indycar mobile?

Does anyone have this. Is it just simple text messages of whats going on. If you have unlimited texting is it essentially free then? I want to get it for times I am not able to watch qualifying to keep up with what is going on.

Does anyone have it and if so what is it like?

I tried this awhile back and it didn't work, never sent me texts. I'm on Verizon, not sure if it only works with a certain network (which would be stupid).

so you texted them and you never got any texts? I have verizon too and i'm gonna be at work on friday so I was hoping that i could just get texts for how qualifying goes.

I signed up with T-Mobile in April and I've not seen a text yet. They do have an accessible wap site and I check that from time to time.

Maybe I'll try it out, but I'm up in Canada and I doubt it will do anything for me at all. I have to miss a bunch of the races due to lacrosse so the mobile thing would be awesome to have while on a bus to only God knows where.
