Shame, I actually quite like the circuit and think the championship needs a variety of circuits like this one, even despite the usual procession.

They have a contract up to 2014 at least, so don't worry the borefest isn't over yet.

I for one really enjoy Hungary. Less so since the change at the end of the track, (I miss the fast chicane) but its still a difficult track for the drivers and with some deceptively fast and difficult corners.

It's a fantastic circuit I'd be sorry to see it go. Possibly the best driver's track after Spa and Suzuka.

I like that circuit a lot, even though it is narrow, slippery, and usually brings out the parade driver-style in all of the drivers (i.e. - follow the leader).

Hungary has a tradition now that every time they race there it's going to be the last race! Yet they always return.

And, I quite like Hungary, it's different from the tickle dromes we have now.

Iīd prefer to see it out of F1. Iīve never liked that track although itīs a bit different and itīs not another Tilke Thing, but itīs still a quite dull circuit, followed by Montmeló, Valencia and Magny Cours.

I actually heard that it is very easy to get exactly that at Hungaroring! ;)

I done a search on Google.

It took 3.2 seconds for the IT Gestapo to arrive in mob at my desk. Apparently, it may have tripped some trigger or other . They're worse than Pino ;)

Good riddance. The fewer "procession in progress, no passing, please" tracks we have, the better...

As for the other "perks", from what I could tell driving in Hungary, seems like all you need is a car with foreign plates, and service providers will try to flag you down from the highway :p

I'm constantly waiting for circuits like Barcelona and Hungaroring getting dropped from the calendar, but unlike Spa/Montreal/Silvestone/etc it seems nothing prevents those two circuits from continuing to stay on the calender "forever". :\

It doesn't matter if Hungary gets dropped - there may be no "real F1" cars racing by 2012 anyway! :(

my centiments exactly. also, why do you need 2 races in spain per year nowadays? just have one-just not in barcelona. get rid of hungary, and replace it with that really cool mountainy circuit in argentina
