This coming weekend will see the next Late Model round in Belgium, Friday will see us at Revolution testing PAUL BOWMAN in the #99.

Sunday will see TONY HURDLE out in his #98 and TRACTOR-BOY in the #99.

I believe Martin Heaths old car is testing on friday as well as racing on sunday with new owner KIETH WHALLEY in the driving seat.

it was a very good weekend all around, 3 ASCAR's attended, Tony Hurdle in his #98 for a first ASCAR win, Lee Maddox (Tractor boy) in the #99 and Kieth Whalley in his #88. Paul Bowman tested on friday while the fuel problem was solved on the #98, paul got into the 14 second bracket while following tractor in the #98, kieth however hit a 14 second flat and looked very good on the friday only to have fuel problems on race day, all 3 cars were running in the low 14,s in the final race, all 3 will be at lydden with hopefully at least Paul, Colin white and Shane joining in as well........we're enjoying this !!!!!

....we're enjoying this !!!!!

I'll second that!

My first weekend at Warneton and I was surprised beyond belief. Everything (except the toilets) far exceeded my expectations. The ASCARS are very competative and we haven't even got close to a sweet set-up yet. Once we crack the secrets of the track you can bet you'll be seeing more wins taken from the CAMSO boys.

Can't wait to see more of our cars over there later in the season. Might be a bit of a Marmite thing fans but from a team members perspective it was soooo much better than the circuit racing last year. Seeing our cars turning left again (and again, and again) was fanbloomin'tastic.

If you are from a team with a car and still sitting on the fence I quote Dr Pepper....'try it, you might like it' followed by 'what's the worst that can happen?.........

Here's to next time!

Squirtz.

Pitsy, me thinks you are misstooken about many things, maybe one day i can buy you a beer and explain how and why our series nearly failed and as for not knowing there was so may "Late Models" the main ruling is..Open to any North American stock car with a wheelbase of 104-105 inches,

i believe that now Winston Greahame has bought a Camso that makes 18, we have had 4 ASCARS over in Belgium although i dont think John steward will go back i am very hopefull of another 3 or 4 ASCAR'S joining us soon, will we get them all out together ?, damn well hope so.

one thing I am not mistook about is how sad I feel that "OUR" series is no longer at The Rock - oh well, one day??

"OUR" series, my god Mr pits, we have some common ground, maybe i have misjudged you ???

And i believe just like you ALL Ascar owners are sad not to be at Rockingham, i will keep on working on the "One Day" scenario until circumstances are right for them to return.
