Shamelessly taking Dave’s post and flipping it through 180 degrees (Thanks Dave ;) ). Assuming someone gets the sack this season who would you hire if it were your choice.

Would you go down the obvious route of a GP2 runner like a Senna, di Grassi or suchlike. Or go more out on a wing with a relative unknown like a Jules Bianchi or go nutts and promote someone like Wayne Boyd to the big leagues in a Kimi stylee?

So who would you pick and what team would you place them in?

Answers people I need answers! :D

Brook Johnson! :D

on a serious note,

Kovalainen, Piquet, Nakajima, Bourdais all fired. Kovalainen returns to renault, Bruno Senna goes to Mclaren (senna in a mclaren-ah memories). anthony Davidson goes to Toro Rosso (after DC turns the job down). Hulkenburg or Liuzzi get the spare williams seat (probably Hulkenburg as hes williams test driver)

Depends on this year's GP2, but based on how I rate various drivers before the season, Grosjean and Hülkenberg should be in F1 in 2010. Unsure about others, they still need to prove themselves. Among more experienced drivers - well, Liuzzi will probably make a comeback anyway.

If I were making the decisions for Force India, I'd be keen to give Di Resta a go.

The two obvious candidates IMO are di Resta and Hülkenberg. I reckon Force India and Williams would do well if they hired them.

He's talented but he's only ever raced in a kart on 4 wheels. So no.

But this is pretty cool:
