well i have lodged our entry for the Australian Championship section. we would have loved to have entered the aprc / pirelli star driver comp, but we were unable to get the required fia gear in time which sucks ... oh well maybe next year!

so who here is going / competing / helping???

ProRally, if you go the Gold Coast you'll miss Rally Queensland! It's on at the Sunshine Coast, north of Brisbane, not south. However, if you stay on the Gold Coast long enough you can watch Rally Australia

Brisbane is near Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. One is an hour or so north the other an hour or so south.

PS Just booked my Rally Oz flights, accommodation and speccy tour.
Will be interesting to see how the local Toyota S2000s do against the WRC cars, assuming Neal B puts at least his car in.

Does anyone know what happened to Marius Swart and the Polo S2000 that entered a couple of rounds of the ARC last year? It was out for ROC and RofQ but I don't think it's been out since?

i didnt know the rolla's could enter ... dont they have to be on the fia list???

Marius is still kicking around. he just had some work done on the box (which had to go overseas) so the car has been off the road a little while.

if anyone wants to come say hello i will be in car 28 right down the back of the arc field :p in the "budget section" lol

I'd assumed because Rally Oz was on the ARC calendar (although down to be for manu points only, and as there are no manufacturers in the series I'm not sure what will happen!) that at least the ARC top teams would turn up

Was at test stage near Imbill today.
Missed the Toyota S2000, but saw the new cars for Cody and Emma
Also a nice Evo10 for Shepeard...
Lets hope the weather holds up, because now we have rain in Marcoola, so the Sunshine Coast does NOT have sunshine at the moment :D :D
