The number 43 identifies well even in Indycar. Still don't think we should be promoting numbers though.

Is that an old G-force or R+S chassis?

It doesn't have the trademark triangular air intake so it doesn't look like a G-Force. It don't look like no Dallara I've ever seen, the nose looks more like a Lola. Anyone know what it really is?

Another question - that car in the Izod commercial with RHR - what the heck is that? GP2? A1GP? That ain't no Dallara either.

PS - The bad english is on purpose, I normally are a good english speaker...

I think in both cases they are old Indy Lights cars.

IMO, the car in the IZOD commerical looks like a computerized graphic.

Appears to be a pre-2002 Dallara.

I agree with Boiler on the Petty car.

I think the Izod car may be a really old G-Force like '98-'99? But it goes by so fast, it's hard to really tell.

i think this old bucket of bolts should carry # 20 and a couple of STP decals for good measure.

After consulting the source of all knowledge (AKA, Wikipedia), make that "pre-2003" Dallara.

This is one unusual publicity stunt and I just don't get it. Petty has never shown any interest in Indy and stated that in no uncertain terms several times. When he quit NASCAR for a year in the mid '60s he went drag racing rather than trying Indy-style racing. Is this to help prop up TG for the sake of the Brickyard 400?

What are you talking about? The King was a regular during qualifying in the 80's at the Speedway as a guest of the Foyt camp. Petty only said he would never drive one of those things.
