It reads like an April Fool's joke. First off, VW will not be the sole manufacturer of engines for the IRL in 2011. They may be one of a 2-3, maybe 4. Honda is committed to the IRL until at least 2013.

2.0L 16 cyl = approximately 2 1/8" bore & stroke.
