Where are the finns?
First, Räikkönen is back to rallying, than let's see what happens tomorrow...
For those (mostly finns) who are most informed about Finnish Rallying, rake a look at http://luisalmeidafoto.no.sapo.pt/index_files/classif/smralli.html and tell me if it is correct and complete.

Kosti rolled his car on SS2 according to MTV3 rally news, must have been an awfull fast roll because he is only 17,5 s behind the leader... :dozey:

Maybe a spin...?

Jari Ketomaa's time is missing both from SS4 & 5 so in reality Kimi's position should be 7th after SS5, very good result anyhow

I was watching there as it is in my hometown. Really nice rally with difficult roads! the conditions were good, icy roads and some snow banks. Ketomaa was clearly the best driver, giving it all and lil bit more(it's his home rally too) and his driving was the most spetacular. At least those places where i was watching. Nikara was the biggest positive thing for me! Great driving!

Kimi drove well, and there has been huge progress since Artic lapland rally. There he was about +2 secs/km behind the lead, improving towards end, and here he was maybe +1 sec/km behind. And he made his own pace notes too, which were according to his co-driver very simple, but accurate, not too slow or fast. About his style, its kinda early to say, but what i saw he is pushing hard and his lines are maybe not so clean. He sort of pushes the curves and controls well with throttle. Maybe bit like in F1 i guess :P

after all, nice day and a nice rally :)

Within a few minutes I will post on my homepage (which will be in B&W untill monday to pay tribute to José Megre, 'father' of Cross Coutry Rallying in Portugal but, above all a friend that died this morning) a short resumee of the rally.
