Sorry if this has been answered in another thread, but why is STR still testing their '08 car? How much of their '08 car integrates '09 regs? How much can thy truly learn, given that the '09 regs represent a seemingly radial departure from the '08 regs?

now that redbull owns 100 percent of the team are they allowed to test the 2009 car?

are they allowed to share car set up data ?

they would only need to do engine test
