Sorry if this is a re-post, just thought some of you might be interested in this footage of Atkinson in his first drive of the C4 in testing, the video was actaully uploaded by Chris himself.

They where working on a setup for Ireland. His fastest pass of the Citroen test track was actually at night wierdly enough. On a lighter side the video starts with him doing a recce in his private Subaru!

His comments to motorsport news in Australia after the test was that the car really responded well the harder you pushed, and he was amazed at just how aggressive he could be with the car. Based on those comments i'm guessing the Subaru was all about being smooth, which i guess is not surprising considering the setup would have been primarily designed for Sohlberg and isn't he renowned for having a fairly smooth driving style?

Indeed - best of luck Chris. His smooth driving style should be much more suited to the C4, and I hope he keeps a cool head and drives well in Ireland...

Hmmm, funny you mention that - Interesting to see http://www.citroen.com.au pop up at the end of the video.....
Are Citroen and Subaru 'in bed' together in Australia?

When I first saw the video and citroen.com.au at the end, I immediately thought that this was a promo video and Chris was using it to get Citroen Australia on board. I hope it works.

it's possible that the Australian importer for Citroen is the same as the Australian importer for Subaru who obviously have been massive supporters for Chris and where the blokes who got him into the WRC in the first place.

Does anyone know if this is the case??

I'm surprised you found their site. I tried googling for ateco australia before and didn't get a result on the first page for their site :mark: I didn't think they were the Subaru importer but didn't want to mislead RJL25.
