Toro Rosso's launch date was today but it was pushed back for at least two weeks because the new car isn't ready

It seems they have trouble mounting the Ferrari engine on a chassis designed for a Renault engine. ;)

Toro Rosso to hold launch event next week

Scuderia Toro Rosso have confirmed that they will hold a launch event at Barcelona next week, even though they are not sure when their new car will be finished.

The team have still to finalise their driver line-up for 2007 as well, but will hold media briefings during testing at the Circuit de Catalunya on Tuesday.

Seems that STR is not gonna do anything spectacular this season. As even RBR seems in trouble, then there is not much room to do better for STR that looks very similar to RBR (oh, what a surprise! :D ). Also considering their problems with Ferrari engine and they have had problems of launching their car in the "right time".
