Policy on posting images

let's say i post an image from an f1 site on the web,is it allowed???

If you post a link to an image elsewhere on the net, then there is no problem (providing it is relevant/appropriate etc.). If you were to download an image from another website and then post it as an attachment, without permission from the 'owner', then it is likely that you are infringing copyright.
