11th-13th September 2008. FIA European Cup Central coef. 10, 4th round of Slovak Championship. Rally changes location after losing main sponsor - Matador. It moves back to Tatry mountain from which it originaly took name. 2 legs, 15 stages, 206 competitive kilometers

69 entrys, 43 Slovak, 13 Czech, 8 Hungarian, 3 Polish, 1 French and 1 Austrian crews.

After SS2 Béreš is leading in front of Grzyb and Cserhalmi, fourth is Dotár, fifth Pech after quite big loss on stage 1.

According to rumours it was huge crash. Both members of the crew are alive but in hospital. Co-driver was unconscious for a while. Nothing more...

So we have it official from doctors. Karel Trojan was lightly injured having a lot of bruises. Petr Řihák suffered serious injury - serious concussion of the brain and broken 6th to 9th ribs on right side. He stays in hospital for further observation.

Karel trojan said it was his mistake because his leg slipped off the brake pedal and they went into a wood in speed about 150 km/h. Their car broke several trees and ended 50 meters from the road. Car is destroyed completely.

Disasterous start of the day... Pech didn't start due to technical problem. Béreš damaged wheel on SS10 (continues very slowly) and Cserhalmi crashed (crew ok).

What kind of disaster is it? Grzyb is the new leader of the rally and I don't have any problem with that! :D
