Colin McRae Gathering 2008

What a great day and a fantastic tribute to Colin :up:

There was so many Impreza's it was unbelievable on every Motorway bridge there was people waving us on and even in the fields.

We broke the World record for the largest mosaic picture made by cars with the spelling of Colin McRae and the Scottish flag and i think we broke the record for the largest convoy of single make cars :D

One of the highlights of the day for me was a passenger ride on the prodrive tarmac rally stage at Warwick. The test driver was carrying so much speed through the corners which we went round sideways at all times and how quickly the car changed direction was unbelievable if any body has a chance to go round there on a open day you must!! although it had no rollcage and we had no helmets i thought if we go off im f***** :D

Il get a video up from the event soon and hopefully some pics but i cant seem to post them can anybody help on that one?


Thanks to all the organisers of the gathering for such a great day and one Colin would have been v proud of.
