German channel "ARD", which is available for free and unscrambled on ASTRA analogue and digital satellite, broadcasts all the race live - you'd just have to do with German commentary ;)

Setanta Sports do it for a tenner a month.

Turkey has it for free - if you speak Turkish that is!
