The average income of urban residents in China rose by 6.3 percent in the first half, much slower than the government's ballooning tax growth, echoing experts' advocacy for a fresh cut in personal income tax.The per capita income of urban residents was[http=http://ledtech-shop.de/index.php?cat=c8_LED-Spots.html/]led spot[/a] up 14.4 percent to 8,065 yuan in the first half. But the growth shrunk to a mere 6.3 percent, after the figures were adjusted for inflation. In the meantime, the government's tax revenue grew 30.5 percent year-on-year to 3.26 trillion yuan, thanks to the 10.3 percent growth in the economy over the period."It would be better if the income growth could keep [http=http://ledtech-shop.de/index.php?cat=c24_MR16.html/]led mr16[/a]in line with the economic expansion," said Jia Kang, director of the Research Institute for Fiscal Science under the Ministry of Finance. "There is a need to cut taxes to increase the income of local residents [http=http://ledtech-shop.de/index.php?cat=c22_GU10.html/]led gu10[/a]and the government could afford to do so with its growing financial muscle."The real income growth of local residents has lagged behind the nation's booming economy over the years, although the nation has spawned a[http=http://ledtech-shop.de/index.php?cat=c23_E14.html/]led e14[/a] breed of millionaires. The recent high-flying inflation is exacerbating the burden on the average wage earners, especially the urban poor that earmark a significant proportion of their income on foods and daily necessities. The government should raise the threshold of persoanl income tax and reduce interest tax on savings deposits, the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress proposed in a report on Wednesday. According to the committee, the move could, besides guaranteeing the basic living standards of the poor, could also give a boost to domestic consumption and help offset the impact[http=http://ledtech-shop.de/index.php?refID=0086001&cat=c8_LED-Spots.html/]led leuchtmittel[/a] of a weakening export market.China raised the threshold of personal income tax from 1,600 yuan per month to 2,000 yuan in March. The change is said to reduce government revenue by 30 billion yuan a year, according to official statistics.Yet, the nation's total personal income tax expanded 27.3 percent year-on-year in the first half, rather than taking a dive after the tax cut."The faster tax growth means income tax has played its role in adjusting the income disparity," said Jia. "Now the key issue is to strengthen the levy on high-income groups that have more resources for tax evasion."Zong Qinghou, founder and chairman of Chinese beverage maker Wahaha Group, was investigated by the local authorities for accusation of tax evasion in April.

The rally repeat stages of the 2007 edition, with the exception of the stage A changing of direction. Here are the entrances and areas of interest

http://http://www.rallyeprincipe.com/2007eng/publico.htm

D. Sordo commented on a local radio station 2 months ago that would possibly drive zero car. The car is a mystery.

Alberto Hevia run with a S2000 (With a rented car or as a possible pilot BF Goodrich).
Sergio Vallejo possibly change its porsche by an S2000 for this rally.

Other rumor http://http://www.ralismadeira.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1291&Itemid=1

Normally I won't be there, but I if possible I would go, but my vacation days....
I had a look yesterday on a mpa: is there a airport near the rallycenter? We thought that it would be interrsting to take the airplane to Pau (France) and then rent a car to go to the rally....
When do you leave? And where do you arrive with the airplane?

While there is no official communication on the entrylist.
Some rumours say they can be on that list A. Hevia, S. Vallejo, J. Puras, X. Pons, M. Muniente, S. Canellas, Oriol Gomez, etc.At the moment are only rumours.

:( Another rumor is that Sergio Perez after the strong accident in Rallye de Ferrol can not take his Fiat Punto S2000, and instead run in Rallye Principe de Asturias with a Citroen C2 S1600 that used in regional rallyes

Surprised Pons did not do better, is he not very popular or is Vallejo genuinly quicker?

Probably, the most logical decision will be giving the car to Pons, due to his WRC experience.

Now they have given the chance to some other driver and let´s see if can fight with all the other main contenders with a totally different car to the Porsche that he usually drives in the Spanish Championship. Really I don´t expect that Vallejo would be quicker than Pons.

No, for sure Garre is not faster than Ojeda. This year official Peugeot Spain team is having lots of problems with his car. This season ojeda retired 2 times leading the rallye in a very confortable position...
Fuster is fast but i think his car is not as fast as pugs...for sure monzon is not the fastest now but has got a lot of experience and most of times this is better than being too fast :D .

I thought I heard that Garre beat Ojeda a few times in the begin of the season....
Monzon? So he's used tot the car then? Or is it just a "IRC 1 shot" with the 207?? I thought he drove a GT...
I don't find any "good" info about the Spanish Championship, at least not in English :D
I'm surprised that Hevia isn't in a S2000...I'm looking forward to see his performance...
I asked if the Punto of Sola is from Grifone because I also thought he broke with Procar...or was it just €€€'s??? He anounced that he wasn't happy with the team after Russia...

Thanks a lot for answering my questions...

Hey Karlzoro, a lot of questions, but Tom allready gave you an answer concerning Monzon who is indeed leading the Spanish championship, also because Ojeda had some technical problems in a few rallys before. I hope his car will be allright this time, so that he will be capable to fight for victory. I am not sure about Sola's Punto, but normally it will be one of Procar, alltough he said that he don't want to drive for them anymore.
I don't think that Garre will be able to fight with the "big" boys, alltough you never know, but he wasn't quicker then Ojeda when this last one didn't meet any problems. I think that Monzon and Fuster will both be quicker then Garre. Also i don't know what to expect from Vallejo, but i guess he will need some time to adapt to the S2000 car.
We will be leaving tomorrow for Asturias, i will try to put some of our experiences on the forum, at least when i find a little time to do that. ;)

Sola's Punto is still from Procar (read http://www.procar.it). My question is about Sergio Vallejo-how will he do in S2000 car? I think, he should be close to the top, he is very, very fast in P911 GT3RS. What will be his coments after race (compare Porsche to Peugeot).

We were at shakedown this morning, it was indeed incredible wet with lot of rainshowers. We were completely wet till the bones. I took some times myself, we were close to finish line. In my opinion it was Loix and Vouilloz who were the fastests men around, directly at first passage and they improved theyre times on second and third run. After them it was Ogeda and Monzon, with Vallejo not doing so well, but again the conditions were really very difficult. Rest of the day we were out at the stages to do some recce for tomorrow and saturday. The stages look a lot like San Remo in my honoust opinion. They anoounce some more rain tomorrow morning, so let's wait and see. The shakedown was not really representative for the stages, so we will see tomorrow who will be in front. Now we will have some beers and go to sleep in time because tomorrow it is early day. ;)

The 45 edition of the Rallye Prince of Asturias, began with the celebration of Shakedown, which runs through the road linking the town of Peñadrada (Pruvia, Llanera) and Robledo (Lugo, Llanera). A stretch of about 3 kilometres in which, despite the rain, she cites a large number of spectators to follow the developments of the 63 drivers entered in the trial, which is puntuable for the first time for the IRC (Intercontinental Rally Challenge).

It's a pitty that Bruno Magalhaes retired. The Peugeot Sport Portugal is one of the most professional teams in Europe (the "boss" Carlos Barros used to work with the oficial team in the times of Jean Todt and de Group B cars, and the prototypes series for Le Mans). They have a supreme domination in the national championship, but in the IRC rallys it's seems like all the bad luck stricks the team. At this point he could have 2 podiums (Portugal Madeira) and perhaps 2 wins.

Wim_Impreza
12th September 2008, 12:00
My opinion is that Magalhaes isn't good enough for a win in the IRC.

It´s an opinon and I respect that. But if he had half the opportunities (or money, simply put) guys like Vouilloz, Basso, not to mention Loix have had then maybe you would see it differently. I know it´s all "if's" and "but´s" but the truth is that the guy has been given 5 opportunites to prove himself on the IRC (Madeira and Sanremo last year, Portugal, Madeira and now). He messed up, very slightly it must be said, in Portugal fair enough. But even then he lucked out by not having spectator help which could have turned a 3m loss into to 30sec one. The other 4 rallys were lost by circunstances outside his control. In every one he proved he could run at the top (even doing respectable times in Sanremo which was his first rally outside Portugal). That´s why I think your claim isn´t very fair. But, as i said, it is your opinion, ok.

Wim_Impreza
12th September 2008, 12:40
I know he has much speed, but I think his problem is that he made a big mistake or a small mistake in IRC rallies or had a technical problem. He seems a bit unlucky, but I know too that he won all the rallies from your national championship this year until now. I hope he would be again in the IRC in the future, with more luck and hopefully with more budget to run more international rallies.

Hey guys, we just came home in hotel. We were at service and had a chat with Freddy Loix. He was fastest on last two stages, but lost some time before at the first run trough the 26 kms stage (7-9) because of a little off he had. On the last two stages he was on slick M, while Vouilloz was on W and Basso also on M but rain tyre. We saw eight out of the nine stages so we had a good day, with nice fight for first three places. Unfortunally Spanish drivers were never in the right rythm to fight with the front-runners. We had a lot off rain, especially in the morning stages. It was rather difficult to make the right tyre-choice, because of changing conditions all the time.
Tomorrow they are announcing a little bit better weather, so i think it will stay dry most of the time. We will see what will be the fight for the win, but i guess it will be exciting. Tomorrow we will try to see five out of the six remaining stages. ;)

Hello guys, just back in hotel and preparing to go out to celibrate podium, unfortunally is isn't first place, but hey, we will be celibrating anyhow. Freddy had an off at stage 11 this morning, because the power steering broke down. He was lucky to escape there, because he fell down on another road that was just a few meters down. He did stage 12 without power-steering also, so the fight for him was over.
We did all stages today, and saw a very nice battle for victory once more. Basso made the difference this morning, and alltough he made a mistake in stage 13, Voullioz wasn't able to counter his times. I was surprised that Spanish drivers weren't able to fight for victory. They were way behind, alltough they should know the stages well. A part from first stage off rally, all stages were the same as last year.
Vallejo was very spectacular but not so efficient. He has not the good style for driving a S2000 car, but he did good rasult after all. Sola went off this morning and Garre, who restarted under superrally, also went off.
Now i am going to drink some beers, eat something, and then start drinking a lot of beers. ;)

If you take away the two worst results you get:
Vouilloz 42 (with 4 points his worst, good season for the Frenchman! If he gets a DNF he can use the 4 points to compensate. So imagine Voullioz DNF, he would have 46, Basso wins het get 42 or Loix wins 44, so it would be nice for the championship ;) )

The S2000's are awesome on durty, bumpy roads. The second day were (some) a bit wider stages like San Remo. But to call it like Catalunya I wouldn't call it correct. Certainly on the first day very narrow roads covered with threes on the side of the road.

It seems the roads are very broad, just as in Rally Catalunya. No real rallyroads :(

Well Wim, you are off-course entitled to have your opinion, but i don't think it is fair to call these roads not real rallyroads. I have done all the stages myself, and i must admit that the stages were very nice, really twisty and not that large at all. In fact, a part from first stage (the same as third one), the stages look a lot like the ones we know from San Remo rally, but with very changing grip and many different sorts of asphalt. Most of the time very slippery, even in fully dry conditions. But that is just my personal opinion, but i can tell you that i was not the only one with the same opinion. ;)
Basso was the man who deserved to win and i think it is good for the championship that Abarth took this win. We don't have to count out Basso yet for the championship, with his home round coming up in just two weeks time. Vouilloz once again did also very good rally, but bad tyrechoice on last two stages of first day probably costed him the victory. Loix was also very fast, but had some problems with notes, but did great job fridayevening with really good tyrechoice and two fastest times in a row. He also took first scratch on Saturday, but then powersteering broke down, with an off as a result of that, and the fight was over. After that he just controled his pace to stay in third in front of Ojeda.
Up to San Remo now, were it will be hard to beat the Italian drivers, especially Basso and Rosetti. The organisers made it even more difficult with making a 56 Kms stage in the night, wich will be a great favour for Italian drivers, but we will see. The championship ain't over yet, but i think it will be very hard to beat Vouilloz after all. We have to keep in mind that Valais is still coming up, and i think that one will be for Loix or Voullioz, but we will see. Anyhow, we had a great rally in Spain. I was never in Asturias before, but i must admit that it is real nice region and i liked the stages a lot. :)
