Sources tell us that the deeper Northlands (taking over as event producer) probed into announced attendance figures from the three previous Champ Car races, the less believable they were ... i.e. up to 50% less for paid grandstand attendees. (As Danny Hooper often jokes at charity galas, "Who's gonna count?")
