Supergrid (Average qualifying position)
3. Plato: 4
7. Giovanardi: 6.8

Small consollation I suppose. But I don't even have a clue what that means so not that it is much of a consollation.

Average position from qualifying.

The numbers basically show us that Plato is the third best qualifier and usually qualifies 2-3 places ahead of Giovanardi who is te 7th best qualifier. But because we have only had 5 qualifying sessions one bad session (such as Giovanardi at Croft in 12th) can really damage the number. Before Croft Giovanardi would have had an average position of 5.5.

Good to see Jason Hughes has had 14/15 race finishes! The MG is more reliable now than when it had factory backing!

I believe that this years overall title will be won by a previous champion, and that this will be the case for the next few years.

Previous one? Their is only two "previous" champtions that is still competing. Jase and Matt Neal. And looking at the machines they both have to work with I think I know which one would or could likely retain the title in future years if despite working much harder and for longer than their rival on their new car things don't work out. Which is faint but existing possibility.
