Yes. There are infact many rallies in the Pacific Northwest.

In oregon specifically there is the Oregon Trails Pro Rally in April. If you're willing to include Washington in the mix you also have the Doo Wops Rally in Fed (2 days), the John Nagel/Gene Neilson Rally in May (2 days), the Sou'wester/Simpson stages rally in September (2 days), and the Mt Hood rally TRD.

Rally-America.com should have more information as it becomes available.
