With a dismal 2007 behind him, 2004 Red Bull Driver Search winner John Edwards scores his maiden win on his 1st race at Star Mazda with a margin of 14.5 seconds over Charles Hall. points leader Joel Miller finishes 7.6 seconds behind Hall.

We shall look at the long run for Edwards. He may be F3 material.

I wasn't surprised at all to see John Edwards leave the weekend successful. He has a lot of talent and experience. We touched on the topic over the weekend..... here (http://www.juniorformula.blogspot.com). I wish him the best of luck and fully expect to see him racing at the top level of motorsports in the near future.
