We are running a team in the CSBK (Chinese Superbike Championship) and we are looking for a good Chief Mechanic. (Preferably with race experience in 4 stroke racing.)

We have shops in Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Shanghai where we support racing teams so the job will require traveling around China. (Please see Road Racer X magazine Mar/Apr 2008 issue, page 41)

Our own racing team is sponsored by Honda China and we have two 2008 HRC CBR600rr's.

The job will require relocating to Hong Kong (salary, visa, travel, accommodations provided) so we are probably looking for someone young (single) who is willing to live abroad and travel.

If anyone is interested, please send your info to race@bg-performance.com

Are you willing to consider someone who is old, married and has no mechanical experience whatsoever ? If so send me a PM.

I have more to offer, I'm lazy as well. PM me!

All jokes aside KmanRR, good luck with the hunt, wish I had what you needed.

Please do not be shy, post up some details of the CSBK, background and race reports, I'm interested!

Hello Guys,

The CSBK official web is at http://www.csbk.com but it is only in Chinese

Here are some links to our race reports

We also run a rally car team, so if anyone has any experience with wrenching on a rally car, it is also part of the job. We have 3 Prodrive Subaru rally cars for the China Rally Championship!

MMMmmmm. The last photo's are very tempting :D I am here in China, but it is very hard to find details of the CSBK rounds. I am always checking out CCTV5, for the races, but it is only luck that I manage to find them. Do you have more info about the season calender ? Please let me know. If there are any races in Guangdong, I would like to get there and watch. Might even be able to say hello if I go. I hope you can find a good chief mechanic soon.

Now that is the best way to recruit people :D If only I wasn't currently tied down to a job or had any technical know how I'd be well up for that.

If it means having sexy colleagues like that I'll be happy to hold an umbrella, although I fear that I might be a touch over qualified as I've been holding umbrellas for a fair number of years now ;)
