A non stop performance for Raphael Matos as he takes race 1 by 3.1 seconds over runner-up Richard Antinucci who has battled 3rd place finisher and teammate Ana Beatriz. A long time coming for Ana as she scores her maiden podium. During the caution sessions, Antinucci struggled on the restarts. Jeff Simmons and JR Hildebrand round up the top 5. Bobby Wilson day was very dissapointing as he spun twice during the race and a P22. The top 4 finishers will invert the starting grid. Antinucci with his 2 2nd place finishes has a 6 point lead over Matos and a 12 point lead over Ana B.

weird, i went to high school in the same district as Andrew Prendeville, good to see him doing this professionally. Also good to see Simmons running up front today maybe he'll get a full Indy Lights ride now.
