From the main Indycar.com page to the far right is a link "Watch Live Now".

At the moment only the audio is working. No video or timing.

Use the scoring.indycar.com/2007/ link and you will get better performance than running the 2 Flash players at once.

It doesn't auto-refresh, but you can right-click and refresh it by hand.
