MotoGP Pickems results now up to date

Folks,

The pickems results are now up from the first two rounds, and I've finished having my tutorial on how to do them so from now on they'll be kept up to date.

The winners of the first two rounds were SpooSH (Qatar) and Ninjamaster (Jerez).
