Not to scare anyone, but Flavio Briatore and Bernie Ecclestone were in Ipswich yestreday watching QPR vs. Ipswich Town, at Portman Road. They have Private Jets, can anyone tell me as soon as they can, that it is not them.

I'm sure not many people would be scared by the prospect of it being Bernie.

Also I heard it was a Cessna and I doubt Bernie would be seen in one of them.

A ludicrously tenuous link. There's nothing to suggest that Bernie or Flav were on board.

All I was saying is that there are a lot of people out there that really don't like him, not that I'd like to see him dead. It's getting difficult to write anything on this forum without someone taking offence.

I'm an Ipswich Town Fan, and I was saw Bernie and Flavio so I was wondering if they would have flown back today, the plane was heading for France.

I'm just concered.

All I did was wonder if Bernie or Flavio were onboard, it's not a crime is it.

OMG, what made me think it was linked to motorsport, David Leslie was a great Touring Driver, Richard Lloyd aswell was a great team boss. Such a sad day for the world of motorsport and sport itself.

RIP

May they Rest In Peace

The plane was bound for France - the BBC have a sound/video with an interview with another pilot who was pretty sure it was bond for France

I hate to say this but I was watching the BTCC and flicked over to Sky News, and as it was in Kent I had a strange feeling it would be Motorsport linked. Even weirder, I was watching an old BTCC race about 2 hours ago of Leslie winning at Thruxton. Can't believe it, such a shame!
