My guess, since the US allows abortion up until the first trimester, she will probably be allowed to race up until that point.

But honestly, I can't think of it happening in the past. Patty Moise, Lori Johns, Shirley Muldowney, Desiré Wilson, Janet Guthrie, Lyn St. James, Shawna Robinson, Michèle Mouton, etc. I can't think of it happening...
