It seems that the departure of Kai Kruse from Kruse Motorsport was not as amicable as initially stated. Judging by the correspondence below it appears that IMS are going to sue Kai Kruse.
Its interesting Kai, that your don't seem to show the same concern over the
Z4, Veto, Transporter, Mondeo, Escort & Jaguar, which by your collusion with
Margaritas & Hardy you have stolen, together with all the parts, equipment &
cash also stolen, by you.
You are not going to get away with it Kai I will drag you through courts
until we receive justice, despite Margarita's and Hardy's threats, with whom
you are now in business.
I will be doing all I can to stop you racing with our money and equipment.
You will live to regret your actions, you mismanaged the business and abused
our trust and you are nothing more than a common thief.
Those who have seen this first hand know what you have done, Like your wife,
I was an idiot to have trusted you.
As for the DB9 I have already seen Linda's letter and its quite clear in its
content, and if you have a concern about David I suggest you speak to him
directly, I am sure he would welcome the opportunity to talk to you.
I suggest you direct any further communication to our lawyers.
