Yep, Non-championship race though from what I gather, to do with the race that had a contract to be the season finale (can't remember which one off the top of my head!)

I even heard rumblings it might be the first race of a 08/09 schedule, although I think that was just rumours

I don't think they can add the other races until the court proceedings actually take place.
