There was a 30 minute highlights show on Channel 4 last year...doesn't appear to be back for 2008! :(

Didnt the highlights show start quite late on (as in the year, not time in the day)

Shouldn't ITV cover this instead of BTCC? It is the World Championship as opposed to a National Chasmpionship.

ITV give the majority of people what they want, ie the BTCC

You don't need the sports package.

WTCC is on Eurosport which is in the News and Events package.

I didn't see any adverts though so I missed it, maybe they will start to promote it with BTCC? At least I can keep an eye out for it next time!

Yea the live streaming is just Eurosport coverage but online :) .

Does anyone know if its possible to watch the live streaming in a stand alone player as its a bit small on the website.

It won't be any bigger if you managed to get it to standalone, as it's only streamed at that resolution. Of course you could stretch it, but it would look horrible.
