Next week is the first 2008 season rally in northern France, the Rallye des Routes du Nord... ;)

Entrylist is very interesting with several Belgians and Irish/British coming to run the event as "neighbours" :D


Among them note Gaby Goudezeune(B) in the VW Polo S2000 from René George Racing, Claudie Tanghe(B) in the Toyota Celica GT(ex-Melissa Debackere), or Paddy White(IRL)in his new Ford Focus WRC...

Belgian Claudie Tanghe is leading in front of Barbara and Lebrun :up:

Irish Tom Holton is 4th overall

I see Gaby in the 7th place after leg 1, but where is Bugalski? I can't find him in the results...

Three stages left to go(after SS12) and Belgian Claudie Tanghe is more than ever settled toward the victory way :up:

José Barbara and Bertrand Honvau are following on the podium places but with a fair amount of gap now...

Brillant 4th position overall for other Belgian Gaby Goudezeune in the Polo S2000 :D

Note that Irish Tom Holton(Celica GT), and 2WD leader Cédric Valentin(BMW M3)had to retire in the same stage following mechanical failure... :(
