Ok your probably getting bored of it now but what do you think are the best top 3 paint jobs in ascar/scsa/dot, technically cws cars arent paint jobs but im sure they will still be in there. Mine would be;
1st #99 fire brigade car
2nd #48 team tor trucks
3rd #88 oli playle in the colour blending reebok car

http://www.birmingham101.com/rockingamJuly2004WEB-9.jpg I preferred this one, much more simple and understated.
I think others I liked were the Minassian Top gear RML car and of course the Darkness KRR machine.

I'm glad you said that one and not the yellow peril. You'd have been packed off to specsavers if you'd mentioned that one. More runs than Geoffrey Boycott hit for England!

May be if we thought of the most unusual paint job then robs may be tops, with all those runs it may have been mistaken for a birds custard factory over spilling, that is until we graced the bonnet with a revolution racing sticker. :D

For sheer artistic value, the CWS wraps from last year were absolutely superb - though from my point of view they photographed better when static than out on track. The original thin numbers on Colin's car were a 'mare to spot froma distance, however.
One paint job I do like - and one from waaaaaaaay back - was the #68 Mongoose car that Roland rehfeld peddled at the beginning of '02.

#99 is the original #68 mongoose i think cos weve still got some original mongoose painted panels in the unit!! if i remember correctly.

2004 - Days of Thunder raced for both Team Catchpole (Chevy Monte Carlo) in August and Torquespeed in October at the final round(in a Pontiac Grand Prix car now driven by Shane Bereton)
2005 - SCSA raced for Team Catchpole in May & June rounds (Monte Carlo)
2006 - SCSA raced for Teamnetworking (exTorquespeed Hunter Abbot-Monte Carlo) in the last rounds.
2007 - Mac Tools V8 Trophy raced Teamnetworking's (31 Monte Carlo & 31 exTorquespeed John Mickel Ford Taurus)

That's the ones you've raced, I mean driven, testing included. Surely there's others as well as the 2 seaters, no?
Then again, that's 8 by my count so not bad anyway. :)

There have been many good paint jobs over the years, the two Lego Racers cars in 2001 and 2003, Alex Lince's car in 2003 with the Tiger on the hood, Steve Hobdays 50 Cent "The Violator" and the Crash.Com in 2004, Mike Lucks cars in 2005 and my favourite below

Yup, my favourite too! ;)
Basic idea came from the Le Mans Shelby Cobra fastbacks, http://cache.jalopnik.com/assets/resources/2007/07/daytonacoupe1.jpg and she was indeed quick (only a thousandth off fastest lap in July 04 ...dammit! LOL :D )
Definitely the most enjoyable ASCAR I ever drove too, used to feel like a speedway bike out of turn 4 when it was down on the bump stops.

It's like the good old days recently (& I don't mean a tacky Saturday night variety show) with Tony, Jonathan & Jeff popping in. Now, if we could just entice them all back to their old roles...
Anyone got any Rohypnol?

Yeah, they were good times & good cars.
Obviously Tony's car was classy but I did like these two (in attached photo if I have done it correctly!)

We need a McDonalds car again, we took that sponsorship for granted when it was here.
Also, Tony, if you do well enough in the EPT qualifiers, (which I'm sure you've entered, haven't you?) then please come back and bring Kent Pharmacuticals back with you, not only for the lovely charms of Anna, but because it's nice and refreshing when the sponsors are actually interested in the racing and interact with the community.
Mr Heynes can only come back on one condition, he gives us a kick ass setup for the pontiac for when we return home. ;)
Seriously, I know all you guys have moved on and are all doing well in your various new roles/careers, but it's good that you still keep popping in and giving us your time, you'll always be welcome.
