Why Ouninpohja wasn't in NORF recent years?

I think that average speed has been an issue a few years ago. More than 120km/h (or was it 130??) on 33km was a problem for the FIA.
They first split the stage in two parts but that was not the smartest idea. Then they skipped it for two years I think.
But I heard there is no chicanes this year so the average speed will again be breath-taking.
Bring it on!!!

I really hope Breen takes the SWRC win... It is going to be a very special moment for him.

Tahko possibly rolled (?) or at least stopped around 5 km - and also Novikov missing a junction in the small road.
