I misunderstood sorry, I thought some one said the Suzuki in Barbados was built by MML or something. I am not up to speed on rallying in Barbados.

Check out Welcome to JustBajan.com and Sol Rally Barbados Official Website | for pics and info on rallying in Barbados. Rallying is the No1 spectator sport in Barbados and people are rally crazy there. We have a long tradition of rallying and have some serious machinery. Between local machines and a few from Trinidad and Jamaica, we boast an S12b, Corolla WRC, the SX4, S9, Escort WRC, and 05, 06 and 07 Focus WRCs. Beside that, we have some crazy 2WD cars such as Starlets and BMWs that on a good day can be up there at the tail end of the WRCs and regularly beating group N cars. The rallies are mostly tarmac and are very special. The grip is terrible and the roads are very bumpy. Local knowledge is huge and only top guest drivers such as Kris Meeke and Higgins can keep up with the locals.
The rally team behind the SX4 argue that it is a Suzuki engine. I guess we will never know

The thread is about where the SX4s we saw in the WRC went to, then Pucksy54 posts a picture of one indicating that they did go to Barbados. But then I read once again this car is a very good replica with lots of Mitsubishi parts built by MML. I am confused.
Hopefully Pucksy can explain this.
Did the cars that Tajima was involved with in the WRC, where they made in Japan or I think Suzuki had many ties in Hungary but then monstersport europe is in the uk now?
