Here's a little translation of the article above:
'Milestone has just announced via press release that WRC 3, will be available for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and (for the first time) PS Life.
WRC 3 marks a radical departure from previous titles and is noted for its use by the development team of a graphic engine and completely
new game developed internally, to allow players to experience the WRC teams and drivers of the current season as well as the planned rally in the WRC calendar 2012.
The Milestone team has developed a new graphics engine, named Spikengine that will accurately model the lighting, particle effects and other features of the real world, to create a virtual reality-game, can offer a complete immersion in the world WRC. The cars themselves will show new modeling techniques, which make it even more real than the cars of the 50 official WRC team, also including Class 2, Class 3 and Super Special Stages.'
So Milestone's got a new graphics engine, so probably graphics will be even more Improved
since many complained about them In the previous titles...

Just some more thoughts: The vegetation looks much better now: Grass, little bushes, rocks and generally the details are more accurate.
Shadows look better too, without making some spots look too dark. The amount of saturation Is finally reduced giving the natural look we hope all the locations have.
Of course, there Is a crucial question seeking for answer:
Will there be any new stages designed or just a refreshment of those In 2010 and 2011 titles?
If that's correct, the only new location will be Monte Carlo, since all the rest countries of this year's calendar already exist In WRC2 and WRC1 (New Zealand)!

Got my answer here: ⇒ WRC 3 - La terza edizione prevista per Ottobre 2012 - Notizia - Multi
Towards the end It says: '...Besides all this, the stock has improved all the effects related to the crowd, reshaped the stages of the race of rallies
and cinematic introduction to each of them...'

I don't get what this means? How do you get to have more experience with a WRC team?http://www.flickr.com/photos/plan9rally/

It looks promising at least. Lets just hope they have understood that they need better stages, notes and sounds, then we are looking at something interesting.

Like In 2011, Milestone presented WRC3 at Acropolis rally service park!
Here are the very first news:*αρο…ƒίαƒη „ο… WRC 3 ƒ„ην ‘θήνα - Gameover.gr
Article translation In English:
On Wednesday 23/5 gameover.gr was (for the second consecutive year) in Loutraki-Corinth, at the service park of the Acropolis rally-Rally of the Gods, There Milestone, the Italian development team had set up a specially designed area where members of the development team and experienced rally drivers rally, spoke about the new version of the WRC game series. Our first impressions of the WRC 3 is certainly positive, since it seems that the Italians learned from the mistakes of previous years and listened to complaints and suggestions from the public.
More, however, that integrated our impressions of the event, including shots of the game, space and our interview with Armindo Araujo, first driver of Mini Portugal team, you will read in gamover.gr, next week.
