i guess they won’t show many R5 crews on All-Live this weekend with many extra World Rally Cars here. I noticed they have the cameras in Bertelli and Tuohino’s cars.

Yes, according to shakedown only Mikkelsen and Fourmaux had onboard cameras. It's a shame really, would have rather put the Bertelli and Tuohino cameras on Lappi and Huttunen.

    ... but it's not called WRC1+ either

This year WRC2 teams will make the year. I hope they get enough media-attention and output to encourage more teams to take part of WRC2 next years.

Technically there's no such thing as WRC1.

Basically, we cannot judge a privateer beforehand and decide who gets the camera and who doesn't. Imagine a situation where someone like Mikkelsen or Lappi would have a private WRC entry and they wouldn't get the onboard camera.

The entry fees for a P1 WRC car is high, and there's some value in return. Similarly as WRC2 also has a higher entry fee than WRC3.

There's limits to everything, and it's a shame these camera kits are so expensive. But ultimately having little cameras on WRC2 just means that there's exceptionally many WRC cars on the line!

Yes, but there's no denying that we'll rather watch Rally2 car pushing than AlQuassimi on tarmac for example.

Maybe more spectacular pics from Bertelli and Touhino when going off...

Absolutely. But like I said it would be harsh from the WRC Promoter to say to the rich gentlemans "thanks for your money, but sorry, we don't want your driving on the TV". The next time they will take their money elsewhere...

He's a really great young driver, no question about that.

Kalle is a different league. A once in a lifetime driver.

If you anticipating another Kalle I think you'll be very disappointed.

I would say Oliver will reach the same level as Kalle, but Oliver is about two years behind in progress.
