There were rumors about rallying back in southern Africa (Angola, Namibia, SA) a year ago. Don't know if it will happen soon ?

I have no problem with South America. At least the event is hugely popular both among the locals and the competitors. It's just really unfortunate to cancel large part of the route every year for the same reason.

Look like it's turning in to a 3-way battle. Despres is no virtually only 10' behind.
