Pretty sure Lappi will be told to push for the win in Estonia and Finland. He's expected and required to be faster than Neuville there. If he can't fight for the top positions and deliver in his strongest rallies, what was he hired for?
The only way he'll be asked to slow down is if he's not fighting for position and he's 3rd with Neuville 4th, for example.

Yes ,,rules are rules'', but just came to a thought about the gloves fine..
Driver taking gloves off after finish line is bad and dangerous, but co-drivers don't wear them at all..
Stupid rules shouldn't be in the book.
