Steward of the event were busy.. they recalculated stage times for ss11 and ss13 several times..this the best. Read the contentt:

Looking at the final leaderboard in WRC2 I can see that only one R5 car made it to the finish without superally. Chardonnet with DsS3 R5.
Three cars from the top four were so called RRC if I am not mistaken. So, the choice for the rally was definitely RRC (for those who had bigger budget). Tough rally.

Sousa got a 5 minuta time penalty for using too many tyres. Protasov now third and Kruuda fourth.

The name for that is "italian job".
Firstly, he doesn't use 2 more tires. He swappes 2 tires for another compound. For this situation he mustn't have any penalization, he should be disqualified.
Secondly, why did he start after Gianluca Linari?? He drives about a hundred km in the dust and goes out of the road because of it.
Third, why at dawn did the organization steal his position and put him in the 4th behind Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari (who never wins a stage to Sousa during the rally!!)???
Fourth, the organization put into control card a wrong hour (50 minutes of difference) and the guy of the organization doesn't want to correct his mistake!

This organization was very bad. Unbelievable.
