Don't think so, access road to this jump will be closed 10:08 (probably earlier as usual) that is before first stage begins. So if you get there on time you'll be missing first 2 stages and being stuck until stage ends.

Oh yes..thats a big problem over there. Forgot about that.
2 years ago, we were able to hop in a car with a media sticker, than its no problem, but without any sticker you wont get in there..

We found out when we drove there, that you probably will be able to go there anyway via this road. They block the road at the cross.

Going back during the stage wasn't a problem than, as a lot of Media did that too.

I managed to do the same only once, they also put some safety people by the second junction and won't let you in. Also to come back from the stage you need to wait till last car.
