I'm have booked a room from hotel Stella Maris (Albufeira) with my girlfriend. Hopefully some rally tourist there also. Also I have Avis car ( Polo or same kind ) to all 8 days. If someone needs ride I think we have room in our car
Also planning to buy Vodafone Prepaid Internet for my tablet PC to see results. Will see how difficult that is there to get
(vita plus 3G fast prepaid internet in Portugal | The Laptop Junction)Sääli on sairautta! ;)

If someone is looking for a hirecar, I would recommend Algarve Car Hire | Faro Airport Lagos Rent a Car Rental, Hire Algarve | LUZCAR.
Reliable, and much cheaper than major rental companies such as Avis, Hertz or Europcar.
Just don't search for a counter in the Faro airport terminal.
Their 'office' is either a desk in the airport terminal cafe or a van at the carpark.
Also very easy to use, their depot is the airport carpark, as with the major brands you first need a shuttle to bring you to their deport often a couple of kms from the airport.
Used it for the last two years, will do it again this yearwww.rallydigital.be

Prodrive confirmed weeks ago that there will be in the Rally of Portugal with new developments in the Mini. Jarkko Nikara already confirmed that will not race in Portugal. So, what pilot will have Prodrive in Portugal? Is Prodrive in trouble again? Prodrive is lying again?

I agree with you, and I hate the direction the automotive industry is going, but I'm sure the ship has sailed. Sensible cars and nice cars for enthusiasts are (soon) a thing of the past.
